His Grace Radheshyam Prabhu is a distinguished spiritual leader, educator, and youth mentor who has dedicated his life to spreading Krishna consciousness. Born in Tamil Nadu in a devout brahman family, he discovered ISKCON in 1991 and soon took initiation under HH Radhanath Swami Maharaja. Since becoming Temple President of ISKCON Pune in 1997, he has pioneered large-scale youth outreach through VOICE (Vedic Oasis for Inspiration, Culture and Education), founded the internationally acclaimed Discover Your Self course, and inspired thousands of young people to adopt devotional life. Under his leadership, ISKCON Pune flourished into a vibrant community of over 6,000 devotees, with landmark projects such as the New Vedic Cultural Center (NVCC), extensive Food for Life prasadam distribution, and systematic training in Srila Prabhupada’s books through BVRV. His initiatives like the National Youth Festival, Vanaprastha training (IVSS), and leadership programs such as SLATE and MALT continue to empower devotees worldwide. Recognized as a Global Duty Officer for ISKCON’s youth outreach in the West, he regularly tours the USA, guiding university students and youth mentors. A prolific speaker and author, Radheshyam Das blends science and spirituality to inspire students, professionals, and leaders alike, and attributes all his success to the team of dedicated devotees serving alongside him.
